Plan B Initiatives is based in Dallas, Texas and was founded by Valerie Hayes, a professional in Human Resources for over 20 years. During her extensive career, she worked with well-known Big 5 consulting firms and held positions as U.S. Army Personnel Officer, Manager of Professional Staffing and Senior Career Consultant.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Prairie View A & M University. She is also a Certified Professional Career Coach.
